Stroke Rehabilitation

If you’re a stroke survivor, whether you had a stroke six weeks or six years ago, our Stroke Rehabilitation programme can help support you in your exercise journey based in a safe community environment. 

You’ll have the support of our stroke rehab health specialists using the ARNI approach to stroke recovery, promoting self-reliance. There’s access to 1:1 sessions, stroke specific group sessions along with more activities to choose from.

Working alongside the Stroke Association, we can further support you to meet your individual needs.

This programme is for self-referral or referral from a health professional.

Costs £3.50 each session and an initial assessment with a specialist is included.
