For the safety of juniors, certain restrictions and limitations may be necessary due to the risk of injury from heavy weights. As your body is still developing between the ages of 11-15, you are more prone to injury compared to adults. Adhering to guidelines will help you stay safe. By the time you reach 16, you'll be fitter, stronger and ready to use all equipment confidently. Juniors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+ with a membership) on a 1:1 ratio, unless it is during junior gym times. Speak to your gym instructor to find out more.
Active Luton reserves the right to refuse entry and terminate memberships of customers who continuously refuse to follow our Gym Etiquette.
Enjoy your workout!
