We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager tojoin our team at Inspire: Luton Sports Village. Working 37 hours per week, youwill oversee the day-to-day operation of the leisure centre, ensuring highstandards of health and safety, cleanliness, customer service and facilitymaintenance. You will lead and motivate staff, support programme development,contribute to marketing and continuous improvement, and manage cash handlingand administrative duties. You will hold a current National Pool LifeguardQualification (NPLQ), Level 3 First Aid at Work, a pool plant operatorcertificate and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience. Youwill also have experience supervising teams in a leisure environment, soundknowledge of health and safety regulations and the flexibility to workevenings, weekends and bank holidays. An NPLQ Unit 2 Trainer Assessorqualification and Level 1 Swim Teacher Award would be desirable.
