Working closely with the Duty Manager and team, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, assist with beginner and group sessions, provide guidance to customers, respond to enquiries and maintain high standards of health and safety, customer service and facility presentation. The role suits someone with experience in a leisure or customer-focused environment, an interest in golf, strong communication skills, basic IT ability and a commitment to inclusive service delivery.

Working closely with the Building Services Manager, you will also support planned maintenance and improvement programmes, monitor contractor performance, and contribute to health and safety, risk management and accessibility standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage building compliance systems, performance data and energy efficiency across multiple sites.
