An apprenticeship is a brilliant way to get a head start on a new career. You will earn while you learn, get paid and gain experience along the way.  

If you are not sure which direction to take next or if college or university is not for you, then an apprenticeship might be just what you are looking for.

In joining a scheme with Active Luton, you will be able to work towards a nationally recognised qualification (NVQ), immediately earn money and be supported by an experienced team of professionals.

‍Starting Your Career 

On the job training is a great way to develop new skills and build confidence plus, the chance to gain industry experience provides you with a golden opportunity to get your first step on the career ladder. 

Working with apprenticeship providers, we can offer a range of apprenticeship programmes across our whole organisation, including: 

• Level 2 Leisure Team Member 
• Level 2 Community Activator 
• Level 3 Customer Service

We can also offer a wide range of opportunities in our resources and support services teams including IT, finance, business administration and management.

By the end of an apprenticeship, you'll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.
