A water based exercise session for mums-to-be, designed to help maintain and build fitness during pregnancy. Exercising in water is especially beneficial at this time, as it supports the body and reduces strain. Sessions are led by a qualified instructor.

Learn some of the basics of boxing and increase your fitness and energy levels in Lewsey Sports Parks superb Studio 3 Boxing Area.
Work on specific skills and techniques, such as sprinting, throwing, long jump and many more.
