Life is busy - we’re constantly processing thoughts and worries which affect our mood and emotional wellbeing. Mindfulness is about taking the time to be thoughtful and still. It can help regulate your emotions and change the way you think and feel about stressful experiences and can improve both physical and emotional wellbeing with experience and regular practice.
With Active Luton you can try Mindfulness in weekly taster sessions of mindfulness and relaxation. These sessions will give you an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness and how it could benefit your life.
