CREATE YOUR OWN WORLD OF EXERCISE with the HALO Fitness app
HALO Fitness is an exciting way to track your workouts - you can set goals, create and store workouts and request new workout ideas from the Halo personal trainer. Just search HALO Fitness in your app store to add another dimension to your training.
So how does it work?
1. REGISTER & DOWNLOAD
A member of our gym staff will register you on to HALO. You will then receive an email with your log-in details and be prompted to download the HALO fitness app.
2. ADD A GOAL
It’s just the reminder you need…your goal stays pinned to the top of your Fitness Feed, reminding you of your progress so you stay motivated!
3. CREATE A WORKOUT
Already know what works for you? Create your own personalised workout to let you manage what is best for your training. Choose from an extensive library of cardio and strength exercises and use the accompanying videos to ensure proper form and technique.
4. UPLOAD YOUR STATS
Need help keeping track of a healthy weight goal? Add your weight on a routine basis to stay in line with your goals.
