"At just 16 years old I’ve held The South of England, National and British Record for Under 17s Triple Jump Indoors record for 2 years. Although I started out in sprinting and long jump; with the encouragement of my coach, Craig Andrew, and my team mates, I’ve raised the bar to new heights.

I started sprinting at school sport events and county competitions here at Stockwood Park Athletics Centre, but with Craig’s support I realised how great I am at long jump and triple jump. I saw a couple of my team members doing triple jump and at that point I thought I want to try that. Craig encouraged me to go for it and dedicated his time to train me to get to the level that I needed to be to compete.
