Your 3-Step Kickstart is designed to set you on the right track to improved health and fitness – whatever your age, ability or goals and will take you on your journey with us.
Step 1 Getting Started
At your first visit we’ll discuss your needs and goals with you and show you how our fantastic equipment works. It’s all fully adaptable for use by any age, ability or fitness level.
We’ll also run through the free resources we have to keep you on track including SwimTag and the Active Luton app for online booking plus news and updates. We’ll set up an account for you on the Halo Fitness app where you’re personalised gym programme will be uploaded.
Step 2 Your Personal Programme
Within a week of this first visit we’ll book you in to run through your personal programme so that you can get going. Your gym programme will be available on the Halo app and will have been prepared just for you to meet your personal needs and goals.
We’ll run through your programme with you and show you how to use the Halo app and discuss any changes you might like to suit your ability and needs. Now it’s over to you!
Step 3 Review Time
Goals and needs change as you progress. Some of us may move on quicker than others. Maybe you underestimated or overestimated your fitness levels? It’s not a problem.
Your programme review is designed to explore with you what’s worked and where we need to change things. We’ll consider together where you need a further challenge to keep you motivated and upload any programme changes to Halo for you.

Just keep talking to us whenever you need help, ideas, or further reviews. We’re always on hand to provide expert support, motivation, hints, tips and advice and it’s all included with your membership.
