Course Aim

To equip learners with the essential knowledge and understand they have a responsibility and are accountable for maintaining the health of customers by ensuring that the food prepared or served is safe to eat.

Course Format

Level 3 Award: Minimum 18 hours

Anyone working as a Manager or Supervisor in a food business, as they have responsibility and are accountable for food safety.

Entry Requirements:

Ideal CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety

Validity Period

It is recommended that holders of the qualification should attend refresher training at least every 3 years.
