MS Stars is run in partnership with the Luton and Dunstable Hospital and the Luton and Dunstable branch of the MS Society. The programme is open to anyone suffering with a neurological condition and aims to help lessen the impact of MS and other neurological conditions on daily life by improving strength, balance, flexibility and reducing fatigue through exercise.
The MS Stars sessions are supported by NHS staff who specialise in multiple sclerosis and activities include Pilates, chair-based exercise programmes, swimming and specially-designed gym and core stability sessions. The groups also run social sessions for participants.
